Once completing his medical education he entered his three year surgical residency at Providence - Tarzana Podiatric Medical Residency / Kaiser Permanete in Los Angeles, CA . Dr. Martins was trained in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction, Trauma, Diabetic Limb Salvage, Arthroscopic Surgery, Minimal Invasive Surgery, forefoot conditions, etc.
